Richard (Dick) Deutsch

Vice President, Peak Resorts
President, Mount Snow & Great North Regional Center

Mr. Deutsch has served as a vice president of Peak Resorts since 2001. Prior to joining Peak Resorts Mr. Deutsch was an active real estate investor and developer who specialized in urban and recreational redevelopment. His development experience has encompassed many different types of assets and he is well versed in complicated financing, design, construction and management issues. In his current position he is responsible for raising capital, developing growth strategy, monetizing the company's real estate holdings and identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities. Mr. Deutsch also oversees the lodging and hotel operations at Mount Snow Resort in Vermont, Attitash Resort in New Hampshire and Hunter Mountain in New York.



Laurie Newton

Vice President of Development, Mount Snow
Vice President, Great North Regional Center

Ms. Newton joined Mount Snow in 1984 and has worked in various capacities at the resort including marketing, public relations, event planning and administration. Currently she is responsible for planning, permitting and and real estate development at the resort.  Her EB-5 responsibilities include investor relations, marketing and financial reporting. She is a former vice president and board member of the Southern Vermont Chamber of Commerce.







Brent Raymond

Vice President of Special Projects, Mount Snow
Executive Director, Great North Regional Center

Mr. Raymond joined Mount Snow in 2015 and is responsible for investor relations and services, recruiting, marketing and the day-to-day management of the Great North Regional Center. Prior to joining Mount Snow, Mr. Raymond was the director of another regional center. He also served as the business liaison for Vermont U.S. Congressman Peter Welch. He worked for more than 10 years in the financial services sector of New England as vice president of TD Bank's Wealth Management Group and as a Vermont-based advisor for Merrill Lynch. He sits on the Invest in the USA (IIUSA) Compliance Committee and is a former chair of the Eastern Trade Council.






Ashley Havreluk

EB-5 and Planning Manager, Mount Snow

Ms. Havreluk joined Mount Snow in 2014 and is responsible for all document coordination and correspondence with investors and attorneys. She also works with NES Financial, a third-party financial technology company that tracks investor funds. Additionally, Ms. Havreluk assists with marketing, EB-5 project development, investor relations and state and local permitting. Ms. Havreluk earned a B.A. in business administration and has a background in sales, event planning and small business management. She currently sits on the Southeastern Vermont Economic Development Strategies Board.
