The Carinthia Ski Lodge, a three-story 38,000 square foot ski lodge, is located at the base of Mount Snow's Carinthia ski area. It will serve as the hub for the future EB-5 Carinthia Phase 1 Project. Guests staying in the Carinthia Phase 1 Project will have easy walking access to services provided in the new ski lodge. When completed, the ski lodge will include a full-service restaurant, large cafeteria, retail and convenience store, skier services and entertainment area. The lodge is also designed to host conferences and special events during the non-ski season.
Construction on the ski lodge started in spring of 2017. The lodge is projected to be completed in the fall of 2018, in time for the 2018-19 ski season.
This project is in the Vermont Regional Center.
